Role OverviewJoin our renewable energy team as a Civil Lead Engineer to lead and perform all aspects of civil design and technical solutions for utility-scale renewable projects. Provide leadership, management, and mentorship for the design team. Define project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements.
What You Will Do
Lead and perform all aspects of civil design and technical solutions for utility-scale renewable projects. Provide on-going communication with the client related to the project. Establish goals for project deliverables and maintain QA/QC goals.

Ideal candidate will have experience in renewable energy or display passion to learn about the renewable energy industry. Must be detail oriented and efficient in problem solving. EIT certification required, PE preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 5-8 years of experience in discipline within the A&E industry
- EIT certification required, PE preferred
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Extensive experience in county and state permitting preferred
