Role OverviewJoin our renewable energy team as a Civil Lead Engineer, responsible for overall direction, coordination, and execution of civil engineering design on renewable projects. We're looking for a detail-oriented design engineer to lead our team and provide high-level professional services to clients.
What You Will Do
Lead and perform all aspects of civil design and technical solutions for utility-scale renewable projects, provide leadership and management for the design team, and conduct team meetings to execute successful project delivery.

Ideal candidate will have experience in renewable energy or display passion to learn about the renewable energy industry, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 5-8 years of experience in discipline within the A&E industry
- EIT certification required, PE preferred
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Extensive experience in county and state permitting preferred
