Role OverviewThe Renewables Site Design Lead Engineer is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, quality assurance/quality control, and completion of civil engineering design on renewable projects. The role requires a detail-oriented design engineer to join a highly experienced and dynamic team.
What You Will Do
Lead and perform all aspects of civil design and technical solutions for utility-scale renewable projects, provide leadership, management, and mentorship for the design team, and conduct team meetings and coordinate with other professional disciplines to execute successful project delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 5-8 years of experience in discipline within the A&E industry
- EIT certification required, PE preferred
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Extensive experience in county and state permitting preferred
