Role OverviewThe Civil Lead Engineer, Renewables will lead and perform all aspects of civil design and technical solutions for utility-scale renewable projects. The role requires leadership, management, and mentorship for the design team, as well as coordination with other professional disciplines to execute successful project delivery.

The main responsibilities of this role include leading and performing all aspects of civil design and technical solutions, providing leadership and management to the design team, defining project tasks and schedules, and conducting team meetings and coordinating with other professional disciplines.

Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years of experience in the A&E industry, a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program, and EIT certification. The role also requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
