Role OverviewWe are seeking a Civil Project Engineer for our Land Development Group in Ashburn, VA. The team works on large-scale industrial and public land development projects, assisting clients with zoning entitlements, civil site plan approvals, and construction administration support.
What You Will Do
Design project components, perform engineering calculations, prepare material specifications, and develop design details. Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with cost estimates. Perform field observations and communicate with clients and internal teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
- EIT preferred
- 2–8 years of professional experience in land development civil engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
