Job Description
Timmons Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Project Engineer II/III to join our Land Development team in Raleigh, NC. The Project Engineer II/III will contribute to a wide range of land development projects, including residential neighborhoods, commercial developments, and public spaces.
Requirements
Designing site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems using Civil 3D and other modeling tools.
Performing engineering calculations and solving real-world design challenges.
Preparing technical specifications and construction documents.
Conducting research and writing objective reports to support project completion.
Assisting with cost estimates and construction planning.
Supporting field inspections and data collection.
Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and senior engineers to deliver high-quality results.
