Role OverviewThe Civil Project Engineer Manager will lead civil engineering projects from planning through construction while managing project teams, client relationships, budgets, and schedules. This role requires a licensed or license-eligible Professional Civil Engineer with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience delivering public and private infrastructure projects.
What You Will Do
Manage civil engineering projects from conceptual design through construction, lead multidisciplinary project teams, develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and scopes of work, and prepare fee proposals and participate in project planning activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- Professional Civil Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain California PE within six months
- 5–10 years of relevant civil engineering experience (or equivalent industry experience)
- Minimum three years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven project management experience within civil engineering or land development
- Strong experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and technical teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills
- Strong independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
