Job Description
Trueline is seeking a Civil Project Manager for a growing heavy civil construction firm in North Carolina to lead civil infrastructure and sitework projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing civil or heavy sitework construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of wet utilities, earthwork, and civil infrastructure
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Working knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Highly organized with disciplined documentation practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
