Civil Rail Leader

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 15+ years of experience in Rail project management and business development, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering successful Rail projects
• Strong technical knowledge of Rail engineering principles, standards, and practices
• Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new Rail business opportunities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with Rail clients and stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Experience in proposal development, bid management, and contract negotiation
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, project assignments, and industry events
