Role OverviewThe Civil Rights Compliance Coordinator will provide civil rights support to members of The Texas A&M University System. The position will advise, train, consult, and assist with the implementation of policies, practices, and procedures across the System in civil rights matters.
What You Will Do
Assist with the implementation of civil rights compliance policies, monitor compliance with Anti-DEi Law, review allegations of DEi violations, and conduct periodic Anti-DEi Law compliance reviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Six years of related experience
- Experience or demonstrated interest in complaint facilitation, employee relations, civil rights compliance, workplace investigations, or related areas
