Job Description
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is seeking a Civil Rights Compliance Specialist to oversee civil rights compliance efforts across all 88 counties in the state. The ideal candidate will have experience in interviewing, EEO & affirmative action regulations & procedures, and employee training & development.

Requirements

  • Completion of Undergraduate core coursework in personnel management, business or public administration
  • 12 months training or experience in interviewing and EEO & affirmative action regulations & procedures
  • 12 months training or experience in employee training & development
  • Valid driver license
  • 12 months experience as EEO Officer
  • 30 months training or experience in conducting EEO & affirmative action investigative & compliance activities
