Job Description
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is seeking a Civil Rights Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to federal and state civil rights laws across all 88 counties in the state. The ideal candidate will have experience in interviewing, EEO & affirmative action regulations, and employee training & development.

Requirements

  • Ensure adherence to federal and state civil rights laws
  • Conduct internal audits, prepare compliance reports, and assist in developing training materials
  • Collaborate with county-level partners to review policies and provide technical assistance
  • Conduct on-site and desk compliance audits and deliver training sessions
  • Assist in resolving issues, investigations, and gathering necessary information to produce final reports with findings
