Role OverviewAECOM is hiring a Civil Site Lead, Power Delivery to support our growing Energy Business Line. The role involves leading discipline work for projects, performing responsible engineering, and supporting the project manager on project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in all aspects of site civil work.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading and managing all civil work at substation and transmission line sites, creating and supervising earthwork, grading, drainage systems, access roads, cable trenches, and foundations, and reviewing and approving civil construction methodologies, work plans, and method statements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven experience with site grading, drainage, roads, earthworks, and substation layout development and transmission access/alignment, and proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation for civil design and detailing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Professional Engineering license (P.E.)
- Proven experience with site grading, drainage, roads, earthworks, and substation layout development and transmission access/alignment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation for civil design and detailing
