Role Overview

As a Claim Specialist, you will be the first point of contact to meet with our insureds, explain coverage, estimate damages, and help them through the claims process while providing Remarkable service. You will conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for both residential and commercial claims, collaborate with policyholders, insurance agents, and other involved parties to gather information and resolve claims efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using mobile/desktop tools to document and support claims both in the field and remotely
  • Physical agility to allow for: walking; bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, stooping, frequent lifting, carrying, unfolding, and climbing a ladder; ability to utilizing appropriate equipment in accordance with safety guidelines to traverse roofs at various heights and pitches for inspection of both residential and commercial structures; ability to crawl in tight spaces to gather information needed during the adjustment of a claim.
