Role OverviewThe Claims Advocate is responsible for serving as the liaison between clients, claimants, producers, and carriers regarding all claim matters. The role involves advocating on behalf of clients for the best possible claim outcome and ensuring that clients' interests are protected by mitigating overall exposure.
What You Will Do
Manage all aspects of a claim, including evaluating coverage, preparing loss notices, and following up on claim progress. Coordinate between clients and insurers to discuss claim/coverage issues and assist with resolution. Advocate for clients' best interests during the claims process.

Requirements
- 2+ years of claims-related experience
- Active P&C license or Claims Certification
- College degree (not required but preferred)
- Insurance designation (not required but preferred)
