What You Will Do
Create audit plans, lead calibration meetings, conduct audits, create scorecards and reports, identify deficiency trends, and present audit results to Claims Management.

Requirements
- Two or more years claims auditing, examining, supervising or handling experience
- Prior experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter a plus
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
- Analytical skills, including the ability to identify trends in data
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Effective leadership skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Ability and willingness to adapt to change
- Eagerness to learn new skills and complete educational courses as needed
- Ability to motivate others to complete tasks to meet deadlines
