Job Description
As a Claims Counselor at West Shore Home, you will manage and oversee the Company’s claims portfolio, performing an integral role in the Legal Department. Primary responsibilities include managing claims and litigation for various types of cases, working with outside counsel and insurance professionals, and supporting training and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of substantive litigation and/or claims handling experience with a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
