Role OverviewHeadquarters Claims Operations is seeking a Claims Ops Regulatory Analyst to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations in the Claims Financial unit.
What You Will Do
Update BP information in CMS and Claim Center, run TIN math in the IRS system, resolve uncashed checks, approve Positive Pay, log and scan Claims Recovery checks, assign check stock, process Payment Runs, process file copy request, contact vendors, prepare Escheat/W9 letters for mailing, maintain documentation on business processes, and provide customer support.
