Job Description
Claims Processing Supervisor responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, accuracy of claims payment posting, and maintaining team morale, accountability & productivity.

Requirements

  • Motivate team to meet required goals & encourage personal growth
  • Ensure accurate processing of all claims payments in a timely manner
  • Manage overtime within allotted budget
  • Supervise cash posting staff, training, performance evaluation, and workload prioritization
  • Investigating discrepancies, handling unapplied payments, and resolving payment issues
  • Work with billing, claims resolution, and IT to resolve issues and ensure seamless cash flow processes
  • Ability to work independently and professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of Team Member information
  • Ability to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy
