Job Description
Claims Resolution Representative will resolve high volumes of aging insurance claims by communicating with insurance companies and using online resources. They will be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years Dental Front Desk or Medical or Dental Claims Processing experience
  • Prior experience with insurance or accounts receivable (denied claims)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
