Role OverviewThe Claims Technician provides efficient and effective support to the claims team to ensure good relations with clients and brokers and that accurate records are established and maintained. This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week. The Claims Technician manages new claims enquiries, reviewing policy records and creating new claims, and develops effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Manages new claims enquiries, reviewing policy records and creating new claims. Develops effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provides technical advice and guidance in areas of expertise. Responds to requests for claims advice and Management Information/reporting. Undertakes additional administration duties related to claims processing.

- Experience in Commercial insurance services in a similar role
- Customer service experience
- Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
