Role OverviewJoin our operations team as a Class A CDL Driver and support our paving, sealcoating, striping, and concrete teams. Perform physical labor on commercial and industrial projects, including material placement, surface preparation, and finishing work. Maintain safe job site conditions, operate tools and equipment, and support project completion.
What You Will Do
Maintain truck logs and paperwork, inspect and maintain truck equipment, perform pre-trip inspections, and safely operate single and multi-rear axle trucks. Load, unload, and secure equipment/materials, and assist the on-site crew with general labor and traffic control.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL and DOT certification
- Previous commercial driving experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of driving 8-10 hours, lifting up to 60 lbs., and working in extreme weather
