Job Description
Class II Maintenance Engineer responsible for performing maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work. Must have basic knowledge of various areas, including plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, HVAC equipment, and boilers. Good communication and listening skills required.

Requirements

  • Perform all essential functions of Class I Engineer as needed
  • Respond to guest rooms calls within 15 minutes
  • Maintain complete records of all work
  • Learn and be responsible for all life/safety systems
  • Repair and maintain all guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards and guidelines
