Role OverviewThe Class Size Teacher will be responsible for instructional planning, evaluating pupils' progress, and maintaining accurate records of pupils' achievements. They will also be responsible for establishing a positive learning environment, implementing instructional methods, and promoting anti-vandalism programs in the schools. The Class Size Teacher will work under the supervision of the school principal and will be held accountable for the responsibilities outlined in the job description.
What You Will Do
The Class Size Teacher will be responsible for the following tasks: providing written lesson plans and preparations, establishing positive learning environment expectation standards, evaluating pupils' progress, and maintaining current and accurate records of pupils' achievements. They will also implement instructional methods, including applying contemporary principles of learning theory and teaching methodology.

Requirements
- Successful completion of all student teaching requirements and course work required to obtain the appropriate teaching certificate(s) issued by the Illinois State Board of Education.
- Possession of at least one of the following valid teaching licenses issued by the Illinois State Board of Education: a Professional Educator License (PEL), an Educator License with Stipulations (ELS)
