Role OverviewThe Classroom Instructor/SE Job Coach provides guidance and direction in the accurate completion of consumer work activities, plans and delivers daily service components, and assists students to learn and accurately carry out assigned job duties.
What You Will Do
Supervise students, observe and document student progress, provide ongoing evaluation of student programs, assist teachers with student goals and objectives, and provide active treatment to consumers.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of six months experience working with persons with developmental disabilities
- Certified Job Coach preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Arkansas Driver's License and Auto Liability Insurance
