Job Description
The Classroom Monitor will create and maintain a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, provide positive educational experiences for students, and assume student supervision responsibilities of the regular teacher.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 180 student days of employment during the school year, minus any days of absence
  • Maintain good classroom control, discipline and management
  • Follow the lesson plans provided by the teacher and develop lesson plans, where appropriate, approved by the department head or the team leader
