Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Early Childhood Teachers who love to play, explore, and have fun with children. This is a flexible role where you’ll step in to support our classrooms and teachers on Fridays, with an opportunity for early childhood education career path available for those seeking a degree, CDA, or Montessori certification.

Requirements

  • Step into classrooms as needed to support daily routines and learning activities
  • Employ a variety of techniques to engage children
  • Supervise play, snack, and nap times to ensure safety and consistency
  • Encourage children to build social skills, problem-solve, and develop confidence
  • Guide children in creative, practical, and educational activities
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and structured classroom environment
  • Collaborate with other educators and assist with smooth transitions between activities
  • Communicate with staff and parents as directed
  • Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
