Role OverviewJoin our production team as a Clean and Prep Operative, cleaning, assembling, and preparing parts to meet work order, quality, and safety standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work and supporting the team.
What You Will Do
Clean parts using hand and powered tools, wash parts, perform assembly work, inspect parts, package finished parts, record labor and production data, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of required production, quality, and safety training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and use cranes or lifting devices for heavier loads
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
