Requirements

• Self-starter able to work with limited supervision
• Must be able to work in a cleaning and sandblasting environment
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools and equipment correctly
• Follow company safety rules and policies
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate heavy machinery in a safe manner
• Positive interaction with supervisor and ability to understand problems and concerns
• Ability to perform work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-directed and organized with ability to interact with coworkers and train new mechanics
• Ability to work as an integral part of a team
• Understand, remember and follow verbal and written instructions
• Perform under stress and/or in emergencies
• Willing to work additional hours to meet business and customer demands
