Role OverviewWe are seeking a people-focused Cleaner / Housekeeper for our 55 and older, active adult community - Affinity at Bellingham. As the Cleaner, you will be responsible for general housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness of the community.
What You Will Do
Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily, clean vacant apartment homes after each move out, and maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be a customer service focused Cleaner who can effectively work with the site team to carry out the daily housekeeping needs of the community while building rapport with residents.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate
- Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills to include email, Microsoft Office Suite, ability to navigate web-based trainings, and other various computer programs
- Reliable means of transportation
