Role OverviewAs a Cleaner, you'll maintain the cleanliness and safety of our community spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests. You'll be responsible for keeping common areas spotless, maintaining curb appeal, and supporting the team with various tasks.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include keeping hallways, laundry rooms, restrooms, and community spaces clean, as well as assisting with groundskeeping, trash removal, and light outdoor tasks. You'll also support the maintenance staff with apartment clean-outs, light painting, and basic upkeep.

Requirements
- 1+ years of custodial or janitorial experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of cleaning products, safety procedures, and environmental hazards
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Time-management skills and ability to shift tasks as priorities change
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts
