Job Description
We are looking for a Cleaning Dispatcher to coordinate and dispatch cleaning personnel to aircraft cleaning assignments. This role involves efficiently scheduling and prioritizing cleaning tasks, ensuring compliance with aviation cleanliness and safety standards, and communicating with cleaning staff and airline representatives. You will play an important role in managing cleaning operations to meet tight turnaround times between flights and maintain a high level of cleanliness within aircraft cabins.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year of cleaning experience
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
