Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented clerical professional with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage data, reports and documentation with precision.
Requirements
Excellent clerical and organization skills, including computer-keyboarding skills and competency in Microsoft Word
Ability to learn Microsoft Excel and other record keeping and tracking systems
Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills for frequent interaction with internal and external customers
Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
Maintain and manage spreadsheets, reports and tracking systems with high accuracy
Review, process and organize documentation while ensuring date integrity across systems
Identify discrepancies and ensure completeness and consistency of records
Respond to internal and external inquiries via phone and email
Learn and navigate internal systems (e.g CPMS,CC&B, Oracle, ArcFM)
Ensure compliance with departmental standards and performance metrics
