Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented clerical professional with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage data, reports and documentation with precision.

Requirements

  • Excellent clerical and organization skills, including computer-keyboarding skills and competency in Microsoft Word
  • Ability to learn Microsoft Excel and other record keeping and tracking systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills for frequent interaction with internal and external customers
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Maintain and manage spreadsheets, reports and tracking systems with high accuracy
  • Review, process and organize documentation while ensuring date integrity across systems
  • Identify discrepancies and ensure completeness and consistency of records
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries via phone and email
  • Learn and navigate internal systems (e.g CPMS,CC&B, Oracle, ArcFM)
  • Ensure compliance with departmental standards and performance metrics
