Job Description
The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) is seeking a Clerical Support/Community Associate in the Housing Litigation Division. The role will assist staff attorneys with conferences and settlements of cases, prepare legal pleadings and documents, and perform administrative work.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • Three years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to inquiries rapidly
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
