Clerical Support/Community Associate in the Housing Litigation Division (HLD) of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), promoting quality and affordability in the city's housing and engaging New Yorkers to build and sustain neighborhood strength and diversity.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • Three years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Knowledge of computer entry/ability to learn and use computer database
  • Ability to work under pressure and to respond to inquiries from the public and colleagues rapidly
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
