Role OverviewThe Clerical Support role is a hybrid eligible role, in our Bakersfield California location. This is one of our newer locations, great culture, and atmosphere and a casual dress environment. This is a great place to start your career with CIG.
What You Will Do
Under direct supervision, provides clerical support to the claims department. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience in an office setting preferred
- Must be detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality
- Knowledge of software applications including MS Office, proficient in MS Excel highly desirable
- Proficient with PC operating systems
- Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, printers, copy machines, and mailing equipment
- Familiar with media applications and converting from one software to another
