Job Description
Responsible for guest service and sales in the gift shop, including greeting guests, assisting with merchandise selection, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Requirements

  • Greet all guests and assist with merchandise selection.
  • Ring up gift shop sales on the register and handle all cash, credit, room charge, comp and coupon transactions as outlined by department policies.
  • Help stock shelves including tagging merchandise.
  • Maintain clean and orderly displays in gift shop.
  • Assist with inventory control and 'hard' inventories monthly.
  • Communicate with supervisors, management and retail shop cast members on a daily basis
