Role OverviewThe Department of Mental Health is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to provide clerical support to the Child, Youth and Families office staff. The selected candidate must be flexible, dependable, and interact well with professional staff, clerical support staff, service providers and persons served. This is a wonderful opportunity for an applicant who is interested in taking on the lead role in running an office.
What You Will Do
Provide receptionist and telephone coverage, prepare correspondence, forms, files, and reports, assemble and mail outgoing correspondence or parcels, and assist in maintaining office files and organization of correspondence reports, form files, applications, and active, inactive or historical persons serviced records.
