Role OverviewThe BWC Attorney 1 represents the BWC Administrator at all levels of Industrial Commission hearings, prepares for hearings by reviewing claim files and analyzing legal issues, and interprets laws, rules, and regulations.
What You Will Do
The BWC Attorney 1 will provide legal advice and consultation to service offices, BWC administration, and staff, review claim information requested in subpoenas, and prepare and submit appeals, motions, and memoranda in support of the Industrial Commission.

Requirements
- Admission to Ohio Bar per Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
