Job Description
The Cleveland WC Claims Specialist will manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation claims, communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to set return to work expectations. The role will perform initial and subsequent claims investigation and determination, process various types of compensation, and respond to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have 36 months of experience working in private insurance organizations or equivalent positions, with knowledge of workers' compensation laws and policies.
