Job Description
As a Workers' Compensation Claims Supervisor, you will supervise one claims service team and ensure effective management of lost-time compensation claims. You will develop and implement guidelines, monitor quality and productivity, and identify and resolve issues. You will also ensure documentation and compliance, staff development and performance management, and effective communication and relationship building.
