Job Description
Kaseware is looking for a Client Account Lead to manage a dedicated portfolio of Texas State Agency accounts, drive new business and account management, and exceed assigned quota focused on new customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
8–12 years of experience in Consulting, Public Safety, or Account Management, or Client Services, preferably within Federal, public safety, justice, or government technology environments.
Proven track record of exceeding retention and upsell targets in enterprise or public-sector SaaS accounts.
Strong understanding of Government procurement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive and technical stakeholders alike.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Support, and Program Delivery organizations.
Benefits
Base Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 yr
OTE: $220,000 yr
