Job Description
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for order entry, customer inquiries, and administrative support for domestic residential and commercial distribution customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service or customer contact experience
  • ERP system experience required (SAP preferred)
  • Strong data entry and order?processing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
