Role OverviewThe Client Account Specialist – Individual Health & Medicare is responsible for meeting the marketing, service, and quality standards of Choice Insurance, a Vizance Company. The associate is responsible for day-to-day account management for small to mid-sized clients.
What You Will Do
Assist the Medicare advisor team with client service, including scheduling and preparing for client meetings. Promotes customer retention by providing people first customer service.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year office administrative experience
- Preferred Associate's degree or higher
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist with departmental projects
- Willingness to obtain Life & Health insurance license within the first 60 days of employment
