Job Description
The MOH Client and Patient Service Representative provides initial access for all MOH client employers and their employees, responsible for greeting, registering, and verifying medical and demographic information, scheduling follow-up appointments, and notifying clinical team of patient arrival.

Requirements

  • Provide excellent customer service to all Minnesota Occupational Health (MOH) client employers and their employees (patients), MOH providers and staff, and other Summit partners
  • Greet and check in all patients, collect medical, demographic, and company information, and update information as needed
  • Coordinate with QRC's and interpreters, as needed
  • Check-out and discharge patients, complete proper documentation, and organize, process, and review patient records for completeness and accuracy
  • Triage walk-in workplace injuries and drug alcohol testing, notify clinical team of walk-in arrival, and add visit to schedule
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and triage to other MOH staff, as needed
  • Communicate with client employers regarding patient results and medical records
  • Ensure patient lobby is accessible, neat, and orderly
