Role Overview

The Client Care Coordinator supports client engagement and serves as a liaison between the agency and the Department of Correction (DOC) or CSSD referral source. This position provides timely and accurate completion of all DOC or CSSD-related correspondence, reporting, and data entry as required by program.

What You Will Do

The Client Care Coordinator will perform complex and routine administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and communication with clients, staff, and referral sources. They will also provide outreach and support to difficult-to-engage clients and maintain accountability to ensure administrative functions and daily procedures are prioritized.

Requirements

  • High School diploma with 2 years of progressively responsible work experience
