Job Description
Visa is seeking a Client Care Consultant with a focus on digital communication for Communications within its Client Services and Client Care organization. The role involves creating and executing impactful content, developing communication strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing content for different platforms and audiences. This is an individual contributor position requiring strong business acumen and independent operation.

Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree or up to 3 years with a PhD
  • Strong writing and visual design skills with a digital-first approach
  • Experience with content marketing, program management, and measurement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, Generative AI tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in financial services, technology, customer service, contact center, and/or change management (e.g., PROSCI certification)
