This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, contractual compliance, service quality, and client satisfaction while driving governance, escalation management, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in infrastructure services, cloud, data center colocation, and complex service delivery environments, along with the ability to manage financial performance, lead large matrixed teams, and build trusted executive-level client relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity
- 5+ years of experience working in the Logistics Domain
- 8+ years of experience in transitioning and managing Application Maintenance, Application Development, Public/Private Cloud, and Consulting services
- 8+ years of experience managing a highly leveraged service environment
