Job Description
The Client Delivery Lead (UAT) will serve as a dedicated extension of InvestCloud’s UAT and delivery teams for Wells Fargo, with a primary focus on clear release documentation, test readiness, and hands-on client support.

Requirements

  • BA or QA experience, ideally within complex, multi-system environments.
  • Strong communication skills, including clear, concise written documentation and confident verbal communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence, including creating, maintaining, and tracking stories, test cases, and documentation.
  • Financial services or wealth management industry knowledge (preferred but not strictly required).
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite at Wells Fargo on a regular basis, aligned with project needs and key milestones.
