Job Description
Janney is seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Engagement Associate to drive lead generation and top-of-funnel engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and a consultative approach to client interaction.
Requirements
Client Service – you are a client-centric communicator with strong communication skills.
Detail Oriented – possess a high attention to detail and follow-through.
Getting Results – possess an entrepreneurial drive and are motivated by results and helping clients find the right advisory fit.
Organization and Time Management – able to complete multiple tasks under frequent time constraints.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
2+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in a client-facing or sales support role (e.g., retail banking, advisory support, client service, or business development).
Strong understanding of financial products, investment basics, and the value of comprehensive financial advice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative, empathetic approach.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
