Job Description
Janney is seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Engagement Associate to drive lead generation and top-of-funnel engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and a consultative approach to client interaction.

Requirements

  • Client Service – you are a client-centric communicator with strong communication skills.
  • Detail Oriented – possess a high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Getting Results – possess an entrepreneurial drive and are motivated by results and helping clients find the right advisory fit.
  • Organization and Time Management – able to complete multiple tasks under frequent time constraints.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in a client-facing or sales support role (e.g., retail banking, advisory support, client service, or business development).
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment basics, and the value of comprehensive financial advice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative, empathetic approach.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
